Registration fee

Early bird fee: EUR 150 (until 31 December 2019).

Standard fee: EUR 175.

The registration closes Wednesday 22 January 2020. 

Registration grants access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunch and the opening reception. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.. 


How to find the conference venue

The conference takes place at Copenhagen University at the Centre for Health and Society -  in the heart of Copenhagen. It is located at the old municipal hospital of Copenhagen "Kommunehospitalet". 

Address: Gammeltoftsgade 15, Copenhagen K - building 35 in auditorium CSS 35.01.44 which is located on the lower floor.

Arriving by bus 

Busses number 14 and 37 stops at "Kommunehospitalet". Otherwise, bus number 5C, 6A, 15E, 42, 94N, 150S, 184, 185 and 350S stops at Nørreport Station, which is only 5-10 minutes walk from the venue.

Schedules can be found at the Movia (public transport in Greater Copenhagen).

 

Arriving by Metro or S-train

The metro and S-train station closest to the City Campus is Nørreport Station. From there it is a 5-10 minute walk.

The Metro runs day and night. At rush hours (between 7-10 and 15-18) the intervals between departures are 2-4 minutes. Outside rush hours the intervals are 3-6 minutes.

Opening reception

You are invited to the opening reception on Monday 27 January from 19:00-23:00.

The reception will take place in historical surroundings at The Workers Museum in the Banquet Hall and later the cozy Ølhalle will exclusively be open for the CS3 participants. You will also have the opportunity to visit some of the exhibition at The Workers Museum. 

The reception is a good opportunity to network and socialize with your fellow conference participants. The event is included in the registration fee.
